At LuvMe, we take great care in preparing and delivering your orders. Please read the shipping policy below to understand how shipping works.


1. Shipping Locations

1.1 We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
1.2 We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

2.1 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
2.2 Customised or personalised items may require additional processing time due to production.
2.3 You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


3. Delivery Timeframes (UK)

3.1 Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 7-14 business days

  • Express Delivery (if available): 6-8 business days

3.2 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, peak seasons, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

4.1 Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
4.2 All delivery charges must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
4.3 We do not add hidden shipping fees after checkout.


5. Customised & Personalised Orders

5.1 Personalised items are made to order.
5.2 Once production has started, customised orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
5.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalisation details.
5.4 LuvMe is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

6.1 Customers must ensure the shipping address provided is correct and complete.
6.2 LuvMe is not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.
6.3 If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

7.1 If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.
7.2 If your item arrives damaged, broken, or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
7.3 Customers may be required to provide clear photo or video evidence, including packaging, to support the claim.
7.4 We will review each case and offer a resolution in line with UK consumer law.


8. Responsibility After Delivery

8.1 Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility passes to the customer.
8.2 LuvMe is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after delivery.
8.3 Customers should ensure a safe delivery location is available.


9. Consumer Rights

9.1 This shipping policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
